Lean muscle gain- Using initial assessments, a programme will be tailored for you according to your metabolic rate, fat percentage and exercise history. I will deliver motivational sessions whilst continually paying close attention to progression so that I can deliver the right balance of volume and intensity to give the greatest gains in muscle mass and fat burn.
