By analysing compound exercises I can identify muscular weaknesses that need to be strengthened and create a routine that will give gains in strength and functionality in movement. Whether your aims are to take an existing routine to the next level or to prepare for a sporting event, my motivating sessions will provide intensity with plateau breaking results.

I regularly work with clients who are recovering from certain medical conditions and have helped them to gain functionality through similar methods.
